As a Catholic school within the Archdiocese of New York, St. Raymond Elementary School’s primary mission is the formation of children in the Catholic faith. Jesus is the reason for our school, and we work to deepen and to strengthen the spiritual relationship of all who are part of our parish and school community.
We welcome children of all beliefs. All children participate in the total academic life of our school, including religious education. It is expected that non-Catholics participate as fully as they can in the liturgical and prayer life of the school.

We believe that the parent is the child’s first and most important teacher — of faith, social development and a love of learning. We count on our parents to be our partners in our Catholic education program. We strongly encourage parents to attend Mass each Sunday and to be faith models for their children.
