Absent Note
When a child is absent, parents/guardians are required to phone the school by 9 a.m. An absent note is still required upon the student's return to school, in addition to the phone call. Click hereto print the school's absence form. Please complete it and send it with your child when he/she returns to school.

Student Physical Exam Form

UPK 3 and UPK 4 Programs
Please Note: Do not use the school's online application to apply for UPK3 and UPK 4. You can only apply for UPK 3 and UPK 4 as indicated below.
We offer a free full-day UPK 3 program and a free full-day UPK 4 program through the New York City Department of Education.
The application period for UPK 3 and UPK 4 for the 2024-2025 school year ends on March 1, 2024. Families who are interested may apply in one of three ways:
1. Online at myschools.nyc (school code = 11XAEL)
2. By calling 718-935-2009
3. In person at one of the following Family Welcome Centers:
