2020 SCIENCE FAIR WINNERS

Congratulations to our Science Fair winners! Students from 1st through 8th Grade participated in our Science Fair this year. Although participation for Kindergarten is not mandatory, some students from Kindergarten West submitted experiments. Teachers in each class viewed all their students’ projects and sent the best one to the Fair. Students then presented their projects for judging and explained what they were trying to prove and whether their experiments proved or disproved their theories. After the final judging, one student from each class (depending on the number of classes in the particular grade level) was awarded 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place and Honorable Mention. (Two students in Class 2-105 were tied so they both went to the Fair.) The following 29 students each received a certificate and a ribbon at the two assemblies on Friday, February 21, 2020.
